Airspace Overview: The Jordanian Airspace (Amman FIR or OJAC) is located in the western part of the Asian continent. Bordered by the Damascus FIR to the North, The Baghdad FIR to the North East, The Jeddah FIR to the East and South and the Tel Aviv FIR to the West.
Airports in the Amman FIR: The Amman FIR has three commercial Airports within its FIR boundaries. The Main Airport is Queen Alia International Airport (OJAI) located 32km south of the Capital Amman. The other two, Marka International Airport (OJAM) is the secondary airport of the Capital which is used for flight training and special flights is located 5km to the Northwest of the Capital and Aqaba King Hussein International Airport (OJAQ) is located in the southern part of Jordan by the Red Sea.
